Great shoes, good support

I ordered a pair of Be Lenka Barefoot Chelsea Boots and was really impressed. The sizing guide on the website was super helpful, and I got a perfect fit on the first try. Shipping to the US took about a week and a half, which was actually faster than I expected for an international order. The boots themselves are well-made; the leather feels high quality and they've held up well to daily wear so far. I had a question about cleaning them, so I used their online chat support, and the representative was knowledgeable and polite, gave me clear instructions. They're comfortable right out of the box, really let my toes spread out naturally. Definitely a good purchase if you're looking into barefoot shoes.

Consistent comfort, always return

This was my third purchase from Be Lenka, and I went for the Barefoot Loafers this time. I've had their sandals and winter boots before. What I appreciate is how consistent the sizing is across their range, makes reordering easy. The loafers are just as comfortable as my previous pairs, with that great wide toe box I've come to expect. Delivery was prompt, arrived within the projected timeframe. I keep coming back because their quality and comfort are reliable.

Good quality, delivery could improve

I bought the Be Lenka Barefoot Sneakers and they're really comfortable and look good. The quality of the materials is solid, feels like they'll last. My only minor issue was with the delivery time; it took a bit longer than the estimated window, about two weeks instead of ten days. Not a huge deal, but I was eager to get them. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was reassuring. Overall, I'm happy with the product for the price.

So are the shoes on Be Lenka's site like, legit? Worried about getting fakes online.

A Alex Whitfield 2 months ago
Totally legit. It's their official store, you're buying direct from the brand.

Are returns a pain if the sizing is off? Never ordered from them before.

C Chris D. 3 months ago
Returns were pretty straightforward for me. Just follow the instructions on their site, got my refund no problem.

I had to return a pair once because I ordered wrong, it was surprisingly easy. No hassle.

Can I stack discount codes? I have a newsletter one and saw they have a winter sale going on.

O Omar Kaur 2 months ago
Nah, usually just one code at a time from them. I've tried before and it didn't work.

I think their system only lets you use one discount code per order. Sales are usually site-wide, so the code wouldn't stack with that anyway.

How do these compare to Wildling shoes? Thinking about getting some dress shoes from Be Lenka but Wildling also has some nice ones.

S Sam 2 months ago
Wildlings are great, but Be Lenka usually has a bit more structure and a wider toe box, especially in their casual/dressier styles. Wildling feels a bit more 'sock-like'.

I've got both. Wildling is super flexible, very minimal. Be Lenka offers a bit more cushioning sometimes while still being barefoot, and their aesthetic is a bit more 'normal shoe' if that makes sense.

Anyone know how to get that first order discount? Is there a code for signing up or something?

O Omar Foster 2 months ago
Yeah, pretty sure it's when you sign up for their newsletter. They email you a code.

You usually get a pop-up when you first visit the site asking if you want to sign up for emails. That's how I got mine.
